A modern refurbished entrance lobby and cafe was completed in 2020. Incorporated in this refurbishment is a designated complimentary business lounge complete with two large boardrooms, meeting spaces, breakout areas and quiet spaces which are available to building tenants free of charge. 

For the flooring, our Tundra Mid-Grey 600x600mm was cut into 100x600mm sized pieces then laid in a herringbone format - a spectacular result.

Black Coffee Silver 600x600mm was installed in the entry, and kitchen area in one of the tenancies which also runs into the lobby area laid with the Herringbone.
