The new Lumière at Malcolm building, designed by the acclaimed Californian architect William Hefner, is a residential development in Westwood, a western suburb of Los Angeles.

Its distinctly contemporary architectural design features large outdoor spaces and quality finished interiors that exude an aura of sophisticated luxury – a signature trait of Hefner’s work.
